On 28th January 2026, a delegation from Northwest A&F University, China, led by Prof. Diyi Chen, Dean of the College of Soil and Water Conservation Science and Engineering, have visited UMPEDAC. The delegation are comprised of senior academic members and are actively involved in research and industry collaboration related to hydropower systems, pumped-storage planning, renewable energy integration, and energy transition pathways. During the session, the delegation will present selected research works and engage in an academic discussion on emerging trends, real-world deployment, and industry translation.
